Sheryl Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, gave an inspiring commencement speech to the graduating class of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management on Saturday, urging the fresh graduates to, most importantly, take risks, value feedback, empower others and support equality.
