Beijing's monthly Book Swap and Board Games meet-up celebrates its eighth anniversary Saturday, June 4 (today), at Caravan.
Ironically, in its earlier years, the Book Swap met in the same location when it was the John Bull Pub, before organizer Badr Benjelloun took over the space and turned it into a Moroccan restaurant.
Participation is free and open to all. The swap is a straight one for one: bring a book you no longer need, and take one that you'd like to read.
Board games including Settlers of Catan, Puerto Rico, Beijing Monopoly, and Risk are available. Food and drink from Caravan is also available on a cash basis.
