Recently, a newly built building in Shenyang has attracted enormous attention from local residents. However, it’s not because this building’s structure containing a creative idea. It is these “plastic wraps” alike material covering the whole building catching people’s eye ball. These “wraps” has made this building pretty messy from outside, NetEase reports.
