If you have a pounding headache and have been blaming pollution and rude people on the subway, think again. If you have jaw pain and think it’s because you’ve been chewing on too much tough meat, you may be wrong. People who suffer from TMJ or temporomandibular (tem-puh-roe-mun-DIB-u-lur) joint disorder, may not realize that this is what is causing their migraines and jaw pain. Other causes may be related to osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
