It seems Taobao sweet vendors have taken after Harry Potter’s Weasley twins and are selling “joke medicine” that purports to treat a variety of ailments from “regret” to “loserdom.” They should probably also sell one for “gullibility” as apparently enough people are buying them for the China Food and Drug Administration to issue an official warning to consumers about this “Sino Snake Oil.”
