Enforcement against multinational corporations in China is becoming more prevalent and more intensive. It is not only companies but also the high-ranking employees who can be considered liable for companies’ actions. Corporate executives are also facing increasing risks in terms of civil, administrative and criminal liabilities.

An expert panel will discuss individual liabilities that senior management of multinational corporations in China are facing against the backdrop of strengthened government enforcement, including who are exposed, what type of liabilities may be triggered and potential mitigation measures.
