While due diligence exercises are essential to business acquisitions, due diligence issues may look vastly different post-acquisition. Join us for a panel discussion of the “executing acquisitions” in China and how to plan for the due diligence and the subsequent integration. The speakers, from RGP and Dacheng Law Offices, will address due diligence issues from several aspects, during the acquisition process and how they evolve post-acquisition. They’ll also discuss what may be hidden during acquisition process and the approaches towards the issues. The discussion will touch on the following:
– Key aspects for the due diligence and significant issues;
– The evolution of due diligence issues and how that affects the integration plan; and
– Post-acquisition surprises and viewpoints.
