Joint Committee Panel on Visas for Expats

12:00 – 2:00 PM,
Thursday, May 14, 2015

– AmCham China Conference Room

From 10-year visas to short-term visa reform, the work visa issuance process in China has begun to grow increasingly convoluted as of late. Such changes have now left some wondering how this will affect their business schedule moving forward, while others view the changes as business as usual.

The Young Professionals and Visa Committees will co-host a panel of industry experts who will provide an overview of the current regulatory landscape and discuss common visa issues faced by expatriates in Beijing. A special focus will be given to the needs and challenges faced by young professionals in China. During the Q&A session immediately following the panel, panelists will answer questions from the audience as well as those received prior to the event. Questions can be submitted by email to Elizabeth at [email protected] by 5:00 pm on May 11, or can be asked in-person during the event.
