Shanghai ranks 24th out of 146 of the world’s most congested cities, according to research compiled by TomTom, a Dutch company that makes navigation and map products. Shanghai, named the top congested Chinese city in a survey from last year, managed to land behind Chongqing, Tianjin and Beijing, which ranked 12th, 14th and 15th on the list respectively. Not great, but at least not as bad as those poor suckers in Istanbul.
