A Georgia man is on the run from police after being suspected of killing his Chinese ex-girlfriend inside her apartment near Atlanta. 24-year-old Brian Marsh Semrinec is believed to be driving a 2015 Honda CRV that was owned by his victim, a 28-year-old graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology from China.
