Officials at a residential area in Changchun, Jilin province have seen to it that the local dancing aunties will no longer wreak havoc with their regular sessions of choreographed swirling and slow stepping by placing several parking locks threatening close to one another throughout the community square. The locks serve as a reminder to loitering teens, evening strollers, children and generally all people that no recreational activity of any kind shall take place at this community square, damn it.
