Philips brought a new onboard air purifier to the Chinese market on Sept 11 in an effort to expand its business in the automotive industry. The latest product can eliminate 99 percent of PM 2.5 as well as chemical pollutants and other odors, according to the company.

I wonder if that air purifier can eliminate the smell of privileged rich asshole from the air? Gee, if all the wealthy folks can live in villas outside the city, breathe filtered air, drive safe cars, send their kids to expensive schools and pay for expensive health care that is actually effective, will policymakers still feel motivated to solve the major economic and social problems of the day?
