Shanghai’s streets are becoming increasingly clogged up as the number of car owners has surged in recent years. But, it’s no longer just cars and scooters that are contributing to congestion on the city’s roads. Users of motorized transportation devices, including two-wheeled segways and electric unicycles, have been urged by police to steer clear of the streets, according to a statement released yesterday.
