Below our top picks for a night out this weekend. Don't miss out on knowing about the best events in Beijing – see our Editor's Picks.

Don't Miss
Tonight, it's time to pull out your yard flamingos and party feathers: The Bar at Migas is turning back time to 1980s Miami, chock full of glitz, fashion, rare birds and predators, and they're giving a free drink to people who dress up. This episode of Sanlitun Vice welcomes back the guys who started it all, Miguel Tubbs and Manny Crockett. More info here.

The weather is cooling down a bit, but that doesn't stop things from heating up at Summer Splash, a pool party for the men this Saturday at Buffalo Rooftop Resort. What's a dip without DJs from Funky, go-go dancers, waterbed, models and summer cocktails? More info here.

Meanwhile on Saturday, Plan B is hosting their second summer barbecue, where RMB 200 buys you all the lamb chops, pork ribs, chicken wings, Tiger beer, select cocktails and soft drinks you can manage. The fun starts at 4pm and will wrap up at 7pm.

Natural Flavor is back with a party in Tango this Saturday, bringing nothing less than the dopest hip hop, R&B, funk, soul and reggae by DJ Nasty Ray and guests.

Another one for Saturday: XIU is opening up their Jacuzzi Terrace – with not one, but two jacuzzis – for an epic night of fire dancing and capoeira performances. The party starts at 9.30pm.

Local bass music stalwarts The Syndicate take over the Dada decks and feature an exciting back-to-back battle set from two of Beijing’s brightest, Howie Lee and DJ Shackup, with support from the Syndicate Crew. More info here.

Also, have you checked out these new bars in our July issue of the magazine yet?
