Tomatito: The latest addition to the ever-growing Taixing Lu “Rat Pack” (which recently-inducted Black Pepper), Willy Trullas Moreno’s Tomatito opened its doors yesterday. The kitchen, manned by Alvaro Ramos, specializes in Spanish Tapas with a dollop of Latin influence, and features eats like pork and chicken croquetas and Valencian paella with broad beans. Upstairs, the same company will also be unmasking el Ocho, a new cocktail bar.
