But one of the biggest customers, US expat Brian Reed, doesn’t actually eat the crawdads. He paints with them, and even has an upcoming exhibition featuring these crayfish-crafted compositions! We caught up to Reed to talk about the exhibition, what inspired him to paint with live crustaceans, and more.
