Anyone associated with the great Jean-Georges Vongerichten (he of the three Michelin stars and global restaurant empire) has a lot to live up to in the kitchen department. Luckily Heritage‘s new chef, Gilbert Wolfarth, who joins the Sofitel’s culinary team following a stint at Lagoon by Jean-Georges at the St Regis Bora Bora, has the culinary chops to deliver.
