Get That Jianbing While You Can: Is beijing's Street Food Scene Struggling to Survive?

Cycling past the commuters crowded around street-side guanbing and jianbing stands on the way to work this morning, I have a hard time believing that Beijing’s street food scene is anything but thriving.
