This past Sunday afternoon, a man, surnamed Lu, spotted a 1.3 meter long, 35-kilo snapping turtle near the Changjiang River. Displaying balls of titanium, Lu captured the reptile and dragged it to a police station. The police identified it as a South American snapping turtle, China News says. Onlookers claimed the turtle was released into the river by four people days ago.
