Bottega: Opening on the heels of Austin Hu's Union is Bottega, a joint venture by Hu and Kyeong Joo Lee, the 'cheese wiz' behind Solo Latte. This all-day venue looks to serve a standard medley of pizzas, pastas, and snacks, but with Hu and Lee at the helm, we can assume that it'll be more than it says on paper. Especially with Lee creating cheeses specifically for the venue and making mozzarella on-site. None of that 'jet-fresh' nonsense.
