Beijing’s urban development agency is hard at work preparing for a wet summer. It appears they’ve received some sort of insider info from mother nature, because they’re making some serious improvements, with water pumps and sandbags being added to subway tunnels and roads around the city. Nobody wants a repeat of the 2012 summer floods.
