Bocuse d’Or: The Bocuse d’Or, the legendary world cooking contest started by French cuisine grandaddy Paul Bocuse, is holding its Asia-Pacific leg at the 800 Show in Shanghai on June 26-27. Contestants from China, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, India and Vietnam, will compete in multiple categories to land a spot at the final in Lyon, France in 2015.
