
The Ritz-Carlton’s all-day dining restaurant Aroma has introduced a new semi-a la carte dining concept. Order a main course from their wide selection of imported meats and seafood (including Boston lobster, Norwegian salmon and Australian lamb) add a sauce, a starch and a veg, and get access to a buffet including cheeses, charcuterie and cooked-to-order Chinese dishes. A nice break from the usual pure buffet concept.
