Pirata opening: Ling Huang, formerly of ElEfante and El Willy, has opened a new tapas restaurant and bar, Pirata, serving diverse global cuisine packaged into small bites (para picar). They also offer a diverse canned section, paella (88RMB, only available on Sundays), house-made chorizo (85RMB), Greek Steak gyros (115RMB), and fennel and octopus salad (68RMB). Best of all, they’re open until 1am!
