Phubbing refers to the habit of snubbing someone in favour of a mobile phone. Yesterday afternoon, a mother indulged in some hard-core “phubbing” and left her young son behind when she walked off a train in Anhui, playing on her phone. It took the police a good two hours to find the child and send him back to her. The mother was severely lectured for her neglecting her son, according to Chinanews
