China and Vietnam haven’t been getting along particularly well lately, after a Chinese deep-water oil rig was dispatched into contested waters in the South China Sea. In the heat of a thousand-strong worker’s protest, an angry Vietnamese crowd destroyed a Taiwanese factory in Binh Duong province, thinking it was from the Mainland. Oops.
