Electric Circus music festival date has changed to May 24 and the musical acts now include Roger Sanchez (US), SURKIN (FR) and CNdY from Beijing. The festival will happen on May 24 from 4.00 p.m. - 1.00 a.m. at the Pudong Exhibition Center in Shanghai.
