Ms Zhao also resigned from a UK subsidiary – TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited – in late July, just over a week after leaving the Australian board. She is listed as a vice president of ByteDance and has worked from the Chinese technology giant since 2015, according to her LinkedIn.
