Hong Kong is set to be buried beneath a massive wave of pandas next month, when French artist Paulo Grangeon will dispatch his papier-mâché army on the city. The project is commissioned by the French head of the World Wildlife Fund, and is presumably a reminder that pandas, while cute, need to be militantly kept from invading our cities. Right?
