If you’re looking at the calendar and starting to panic about your Christmas shopping, never fear. Farm to Neighbors’ Christmas Market is a savior for those looking to buy locally sourced, thoughtfully made products to take home or give to friends in town. While it might not look quite as festive as the market pictured above, rest assured that there will be plenty of festive cheer to go around.
The market runs from noon-6pm on both Saturday, December 19 and Sunday, December 20. Find it at the Fat Dragon Cafeteria on the basement level of The Grand Summit, across the street from the Kempinski at Liangmaqiao.
Vendors that have some great options for last minute gifts include:
- Mao Dong Dong‘s yak wool shawls
- Handcrafted jewelry from Laugh Night Studio
- The Meatball Company for homemade sauces
- A few pieces of vintage jewelry from Olala Vintage
- Beautiful independent kids clothes from Tang’roulou
- Bon Chocolat‘s artisanal handmade chocolates
In addition to shopping, you can also try your hand at making your own gifts at Farm to Neighbors’ craft workshop. Saturday features workshops for bookbinding and gemstone necklaces, while Sunday will feature Christmas wreaths and Christmas art for the kids. To sign up for the workshops, WeChat farmtoneighbors or call 139 1017 7410.
