Dog owners on Lamma Island, Hong Kong, have been terrorized for the past several years by a mysterious serial dog-poisoner who has claimed more than 100 canine victims. Scores of dogs have died after eating foods laced with toxic amounts of weedkiller, left intentionally for the animals to find.
