Chinese online travel agency Tongcheng-eLong Holdings has filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to its prospectus. The firm did not disclose the size of its IPO, nor its timetable. But media report said it plans to raise between US$1 billion to US$1.5 billion citing insiders. Tongcheng-eLong is formed through a merger of two independent businesses Tongcheng and eLong.
