This is it, the big one. YEN brings the bacchanalia every Halloween and this year they are extending the fun with two nights of madness, the first day boasting both techno and drum and bass rooms, and the second day bringing you house, classic hip-hop, and reggae. The Beijing Misfits have been haunting the beer-soaked halls of our nation’s capital from time immemorial, showing up regularly every Halloween to slash and grind their way through classic tunes of b-movie horror. They’re joined this year by China’s international fastcore legends Fanzui Xiangfa, Sweden’s 80s hardcore-punks Bad Nerve and Beijing’s all-female spitfire quartet Quickshot. Free. 10pm. Temple

Popular Beijing nightclub Lantern does not fail to deliver this Halloween: expect DJs QQ, Eric Lee, Juliana Lima, BB Deng, Huang Weiwei, Gee-E, and Ouyang to make things freaky.
