A Hubei scenic sight has taken the competitive scene of see-through viewing platforms in China to a whole other level this month with a suspended, transparent elevator that shoots tourists up 145 meters, giving them a clear view of the idyllic Dabie Mountains on the border of Hubei and Anhui provinces, while also destroying the view for anyone unlucky enough to be gazing in the monstrous elevator’s general direction.
