A man in his 20s tied his three-year-old son to his waist and threatened to jump the window of an apartment building in Zhengzhou yesterday. According to a neighbor, the man gained custody of the child after the couple split up some time back, but when the man discovered that the child wasn’t actually his own flesh and blood, he came to Zhengzhou to demand for money for the child’s upkeep.
