Join igersbeijing for their Humans of the Hutongs project at Más this Saturday (Aug 15). Hutongs undeniably provide one of the most charming aspects of living in Beijing. Every corner has a story waiting to be heard or a questionable encounter, whether it be a smell, a taste, or a topless grandpa, to be experienced. Igersbeijing wants to explore these ancient alleys and get to know some of the personalities that make these timeless areas so unique and delightfully renao (vibrant).

To get involved just Instagram your hutong pictures taken on Saturday with the #igersbeijing hashtag and some of the portraits from the day will be printed and exhibited at Más on Beixintoutiao Hutong, starting at 7pm. Sit back with a mint julip or a tasty daiquiriand take in the captures of unique meetings that occurred throughout the day.
Igersbeijing specialize in bringing people together to document the city in a fun way via Instagram. Follow them via Instagram or WeChat (igersbeijing) to find out more about future events. Check out the event page for more info on the Humans of the Hutongs project.
