A family from Weining Yi Hui and Miao Autonomous County in Guizhou provence couldn’t afford medical expenses for their 14-year-old son’s eye replacement surgery. Thankfully, little Deng Guangwei, who lost his eye in an accident involving a tree branch five years ago, was helped out by a kind-hearted woman from Shanghai.
