The Taipei College of Maritime Technology held a special memorial service for one of its students who died in the tragic Taiwan water park blaze earlier this month. The deceased student, 19-year-old Liu Zhiwei, studied fashion design and management at the school. According to his peers, Liu was passionate about fashion and had won a number of awards in various designer competitions.
