Learn more than just how to shoot sake at Hatsune‘s Sake Sensei Dinner on July 8, during which Hatsune’s very own sushi samurai Alan Wong will talk about the culture, origins, and brewing methods of the traditional Japanese tipple.

Held at the restaurant’s Kerry Centre branch, a set menu will highlight some of Hatsune’s signature dishes, while Alan introduces diners to some premium bottles of sake from his own personal collection.

Tickets are priced at RMB 350 per person, including a special Hatsune tasting menu and four types of sake. Email [email protected] for reservations.
