Last month, Guangzhou’s station for abandoned infants hit a massive 51 drop-offs in just 13 days, nearly all of whom were mentally or physically disabled. The 7-square-meter facility had to stop taking new drop-offs earlier this month, and now an abandoned infant has been found on a city roadside.
