Essential Skills Training: Forward-Thinking Management Reporting

8:45 AM, Wednesday, June 24, 2015 - 5:00 PM, Thursday, June 25, 2015 - AmCham China Conference Center

Forward-Thinking Management Reporting is a two-day course delivered in English that improves participants’ presentation effectiveness through stronger connection with management. We will focus on the preparation: thinking strategically to connect, and organizing logically to connect. It aims to change the mindset of the presenters, from thinking on an operational level to a strategic one, and from focusing on details to focusing on department goals and company strategies.
