Alibaba has withdrawn an advertisement seeking female candidates to take on the role of “programmer encouragement specialist”, the demanding job requirements of which include looking like porn star Sora Aoi, good complimenting skills and, somewhat inexplicably, the ability to tolerate spicy foods.
