More than 80,000 packets of counterfeit cigarettes, seized by Xuchang Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in 2013, were thrown in a pile at Tianjian Thermal Power Co., Ltd. in Xuchang city of Henan province and burnt to generate some 50,000 degrees of electrical power in on March 13, 2014.
