Poor air quality in Beijing has been the subject of much local discussion and international scrutiny in recent years. The world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE recently completed a white paper based on an online survey and a series of interviews with industry experts and office landlords in order to gauge and study the impact of poor air quality on the Beijing real estate market.
