Tianjin Chapter Essential Skills Training: Motivation Management

This training, presented in Chinese, is for managers who have ever wondered the following:
• How to energize a team when working toward an uncertain target
• How to motivate a low-paid employee
• How to manage a team with unequal talents

Using a human interaction model based on survey data, trainer Ralph Zhang and his team established a sandbox system to describe and predict the evolution of the employees’ behaviors and mentalities. This system can help us practice suitable management behaviors based on specific circumstances. The course will help different kinds of teams to come up with efficient strategies to improve their behaviors.

About the trainer:
