Meet this week's Fashionista
Name: Ekaterina (Katya) Mednikova
Occupation: Fashion designer
Fashion Hate: Badly matched bra straps
Too Scared to Wear: Non-matching garments!
Favorite Celebrity Fashionistas: Victoria Beckham, Lucy Liu and Gwyneth Paltrow
Clever Catwalker Katya is a natural fashion expert and one of our resident expat fashion designers. This Fashionista loves details, and her outfits are carefully selected to compliment her skin tone and evoke elegance and femininity. She loves using exciting prints to add some spice to the chilly months, or unusual combinations such as her pink trousers and white coat to raise her spirits in the depths of winter.
For her weekend partying obligations, Katya will be spotted donning her go-to dress, a Missoni style (zig-zag pattern) calf-length cocktail dress, doused in distinctive shades of pink and with a pleasantly figure-hugging silhouette.
