ICT Forum Luncheon – How to Retain Staff and Grow an IT Business in China
12:00 - 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 24, 2015 - Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel
Northern Lights Technology Development has grown from 10 to 180 employees, yet it maintains a 3 to 4 percent turnover rate – a rare feat in China's labor market. Northern Lights President Wenjie Wang will share his knowledge and insights on how to retain talent and how to grow an IT business in China.
Wang has been with Northern Lights since its founding in 2007. He is responsible for its operations in the US, China, the Philippines and India. Wang has 32 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to Northern Lights, Wang worked for SoftBrands and Asimco as IT Director for 25 years.
