Gung Ho! are offering us a way to celebrate the Year of the Sheep the Chinese way – by eating it, of course! They have teamed up with masterchef Rob Cunningham from Feast (Food by EAST) to create a limited edition New Zealand Lamb Pizza.
The pizza, pictured above, features slow-baked New Zealand lamb, grilled vegetables, homemade harissa sauce, and fresh mint tzatziki. We used to love their Xinjiang lamb pizza, so we're pretty excited to see lamb back on the menu.
Why Year of the Black Sheep? In Gung Ho!'s own words:
"At Gung Ho we’ve always prided ourselves on doing things a little differently. Whether that means thinking outside the box, looking at things from a different perspective or getting off the beaten track, we believe that it can make the world a better place. So this year we’d like to wish you and yours a happy, prosperous – and above all different – year of the Black Sheep."
