As the two sessions of the National People’s Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference take place and after the horrific knife attack in Kunming, ecns.cn is reporting that 11 Beijing parks have now set up security checks. 

Previously, Beijing’s parks installed security checks for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 60th anniversary of the country’s founding in 2009.
