Got kids? If you do, then you probably have schooling on your mind. And the Beijinger's sister mags beijingkids (English) and JingKids (Chinese) have just the ticket: their annual international schools fair, which gathers the cream of the crop of international schooling options under one roof.

The Beijing International School Expo (BISE) 2015 will be held at the Kerry Hotel on January 24-25 from 10am-4pm. They'll also have plenty of play options to keep the children occupied. There are three kids areas to be set up, each manned by different organizations. The kids area will be near the exhibitors booths in the Kerry Sports Centre. The good news is that all the areas are free but there will be a maximum number of admittance to the activities to let the kids get the most out of the whole experience. Here is a breakdown of each area:

Kids Area A: Hosted by Ipony International Youth Cavaliers Academy for kids age 4-15 years old. The area can accommodate 10-20 kids who can choose to take 3D photos, get their faces painted, make equine-themed flour dough ornaments or paper wreaths. Expect a lot of horsing around.

Kids Area B: This area will be hosted by the Ivy Schools Group and Daystar Academy for kids age 2-12 years old. This area can accommodate 20-30 kids with the option of reading in an open space or taking part in the building of figurines using Lego, lead by a Lego master and teachers. This will be a quiet area for kids to take a breather and just learn or read something different.

Kids Area C: This is hosted by the UCCA Creative Studio for kids age 2-11 years old. The area can accommodate 10-12 kids who can choose to take part in various art-based activities such as creating a zoetrope (kids 4-11 years) and recreate famous paintings using special paints that when dry, transform into super-flat gummy paintings that can be stuck on surfaces. Unique creations will be the order of the day.
